What is the definition of a natural born U.S. citizen?

"Even if the argument is that it was not U.S. territory, then one can say that because McCain's mother and his father was serving the U.S. government outside U.S. territory, then the child has every right.

A citizen is a person born of parents born natural or naturalized citizens, mother, father or both, anywhere in the world. In general all that is required is the birth in the records at the U.S. Consulate or the authority of U.S. they operate. A military base in the U.S. controlled Panama Canal Zone would be a U.S. operating authority. In addition, U.S. law not in favor of dual citizenship. I have two second cousins born of an overseas military familiy, especially Germany. The Constitution states: No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States States, in the time of adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President, nor any person be eligible to that office who has not attained the age of thirty-five years, and fourteen years of residence in the United States. Nowhere does it impose any geographical limitation, for it says, "Natural Born Citizen whose birth occurred within the borders of the United States.
