How do I get a nice sexy body without going to a gym? And how can I lose weight in my face?
I’m a Junior in high-school and have realized that now is the time to get in shape and have the sexiest body I can have so its easier to maintain as I age.I have nice hips, but I want everything toned up and have noticed that recently I have gained weight in the hips.
What can I do? Extreme or not, I’m determined 
well…if you don;t want to go to a gym that’s fine…but you have to move and if you want super toned and healthy you’ll have to move a LOT! I mountain bike in the summers which has helped me lose lots of weight and gain toned muscle…but I also watch my diet and eat healthy which is also extremely important. Outdoor sports are fun or any sport for that matter…helps with motivation and self-esteem too…
Either way, there is no quick fix despite what happens in the movies and on TV…if you want to look good you have to work hard, eat well and change your bad habits. if you eat a lot of junk food, you are slowly killing yourself…also, if you’re not doing any exercise at all, you are aging more rapidly too…
Sorry, I am a bit jaded about the younger generation who want quick fixes and don’t want to do the work…it may not be your fault, it’s what you’ve been taught and mentored to do…it’s sad really…I’m in my 30′s and back in my day (LOL!)…kids played outside all day and night…we were all naturally in shape which is very helpful when you want to keep that up later in life. I am sad that kids are not encouraged to do this these days and are now realizing (as you are) that this is a major problem.
It’s really simple…quit the junk food (processed and high fat and sugar)…eat healthy grains, veggies, fruit, lots of water….and get moving and keep moving everyday!! Find a sport or exercise that you really like and keep doing it… It takes time to lose weight and get healthy and you will have to live with that…anything faster and it is doing you harm…
