hypnosis really work in achieving true self belief and confidence?

thinking about using hypnosis cd's / therapist to help to gain true confidence. Anybody know if it really works?

Hypnosis can be an effective tool. I'm not sure what true faith is not what can solve that problem. Can help you gain confidence, yes. Personally, my recommendation would be to find a good therapist. Ask for references. Yes, there are many who have not been trained and there is a lack of regulations about who can call themselves what. It's a buyer beware. CD can help or not. If what is needed is to get to the root of the problem, you really can not do that with a CD. If what you want is just a boost of confidence, I would try the CD. I think it depends on what you are trying to achieve. I also know that a more personalized CD made a hypnotherapsit you are working with can be very effective. I guess because it is a short question, the answer is short it may help. The long answer is to determine which method or person can be more effective for you.
