I deeply believe in the power of the precious stones can be feel when you touch certain stones and take them. rose quartz and amethyst are good for anxiety and depression because rose quartz is a stone of universal love, helping yourself, and the amethyst is a calming stone and is good for depression. there are others that work great and for anxiety and depression, and Black Tourmaline, Onyx and Jet (which operate in absorption of negativity) and the Tigers eye, Carnelian, amber (which are good for confidence and happiness) The Tho most important thing is that you choose a stone that is right for you. take time before choosing, and take note of the stones that attract attention, you feel like you are drawn, and rock that "feels good" when they do. if they are attracted to something, and when you hold you feel that you should not put it back, that it intends to be yours, then trust that.
